Innerbloom is a blend of Tremella, Shiitake, and Chaga mushrooms, which are known for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin-supporting properties. 1. The Beauty Smoothie

A super easy way to get your daily dose of Innerbloom and support your skin health.

Ingredients:
½ tsp Innerbloom powder
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
½ cup frozen berries (blueberries or raspberries are great for antioxidants)
1 frozen banana for creaminess
1 scoop of collagen or a plant-based protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
Optional: a handful of spinach (you won't taste it)

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy immediately.

2. Nourishing Golden Latte

This delicious warm soothing drink is lovely in the evening before you go to bed and nourishes your hair, skin and gut health while you sleep. 

Ingredients:
½ tsp Innerbloom powder
1 cup milk of your choice (oat or coconut work well)
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp ground ginger
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions:
Gently warm the milk in a saucepan over low heat.
In a mug, whisk together the Innerbloom powder, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper.
Pour the warm milk over the dry ingredients and stir until fully dissolved.
Stir in the honey or maple syrup to taste.

3. Beauty Boosting Porridge

Start your day glowing from the inside out with this simple and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients:
½ tsp Innerbloom powder
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup water or milk
1 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of your choice
Fresh fruit (berries, banana slices)
Sprinkle of cinnamon or other warming spices

Instructions:
Cook the oats according to package directions with water or milk.
Once cooked, stir in the Innerbloom powder and almond butter.
Top with fresh fruit and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

4. Innerbloom Energy Balls

The perfect for a grab-and-go snack that gives you a gentle, sustained energy boost while supporting your overall wellness.

Ingredients:
½ tsp Innerbloom powder
1 cup pitted dates
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup raw almonds or walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
Roll the dough into bite-sized balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

5. Savory Unami Sprinkle

The Shiitake and Chaga in the blend give it a lovely umami flavor. You can use it to give any number of savory dishes an extra (health) kick!.

Ingredients:
½ tsp Innerbloom powder
A pinch of sea salt
A dash of black pepper
(Optional) Garlic powder, onion powder

Instructions:
Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle over roasted vegetables, salads, or a bowl of risotto for a subtle flavor boost and a dose of mushroom benefits.
