Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@soulshinespores.com. We will provide details on how to return the items.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We review each refund request on an individual basis and endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Please be sure to choose carefully as Soulshine Spores does not refund for incorrect product choices.

Any problems or product defects upon receipt of goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that have not been cared for correctly,  as per the packaging the items need to be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, ensuring the pouch is fully sealed to ensure longevity of the product.  If the pouch is not fully sealed after use, and if the item is being stored incorrectly, we cannot take responsibility for the powder altering.


Refund Policy

We review each refund request on an individual basis and endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. Upon receiving the goods, we will refund the total amount.

Any problems or product defects upon receipt of goods must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt.

Any refunds will be reimbursed using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items (as determined by Soulshine Spores Ltd) and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order. Since we use a secure payment system, we do require your credit card details to process your refund.
