Shipping & Delivery
You can expect your order to arrive quickly and in great condition.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders $99 and above, or when you purchase 2 or more blends. If your order is below $99, our NZ flat shipping rates are $4.90.
We also ship to Australia at a flat rate of $9.95 and to the USA with two options: Standard USA shipping for $25 or tracked shipping for $30.
We know you’ll often be ordering things you need in a hurry - we’ll dispatch your order within 2 working days. Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case we’ll contact you promptly with an ETA, however this will be stated on the item at the time of purchase.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please convey these via the Delivery Instructions field provided at checkout. Any text entered in the Delivery Instructions field will be displayed next to your address.
For New Zealand deliveries, you can expect to receive your goods within 5 working days of having placed your order. For Australian orders, the delivery timeframe is 6-14 working days. For our USA orders, you can expect your order within 14 working days.
We use NZ Post overnight for all national deliveries, and this is usually the case (overnight). Due to delays here and there, we state 3 working days to be safe. We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you’re not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don’t think it is safe to leave, they’ll leave a card to call.
If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address. PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses are okay to use.
We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit prior to them having been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within a week. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation.
