The taste is mild, with earthy undertones and goes with everything.

Each pouch is 100 grams, which is about 80 serves (when using the recommended dose of 1.25g, which is ½ tsp).
Each pouch contains over 2 months worth of mushroom goodness.

The expiry date is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Make sure you seal the pouch to ensure longitivtiy.

Yes you can, each blend offers many different benefits. Just be mindful of your overall dosage, build your dosage up slowly. You could try taking a ¼ tsp of each to start with, then building up to ½ tsp of each.
