Almond-Bliss Mushroom-Twist Smoothie
This is the perfect 3pm pick-me-up. It's sweet, nourishing, insanely satisfying and will bring all the boys to the yard.
INGREDIENTS

¾ cup Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk if you’d prefer)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- ½ Handful of Frozen Raspberries
- ½ Frozen Avocado
- Large Handful Ice Cubes
- 1 Pitted Date
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Serving Chocolate Protein Powder (Whey or Plant based)
- ½ tsp Soulshine Spores Mushroom Powder - Innerbloom Beauty Blend OR Rise & Shine Blend
- Almond Butter, Chocolate Chips & Almonds for toppings
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.! Blend on high and mix with the rod as you go. It should take about 2-3 minutes or less.
- Pour into a large cup and top with dollop of almond butter, sprinkle of almonds & chocolate chips
- Sip and enjoy!
