Give your salad superpowers!
A fresh and healthy dressing is one of the easiest ways to get medicinal mushroom extracts into your daily routine. It makes perfect sense - mushrooms and salad! Add a teaspoon of Soulshine Spores blend to your usual dressing or here's my go-to which is super simple and delicious -
Superpowered Dressing
3/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar / apple cider vinegar / lemon juice
1 large clove of crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of your choice of Soulshine Spores blend
Place all the ingredients (and any additional herbs, spices or heat), in a jar and shake like crazy. Store in the fridge ready to use.
Drizzle it throughout the week on your favourite salads, sandwiches or wraps. Or use it to add a punch to steamed or roast veges.
