Miracle broth is a nutrient-packed, healing broth which is easy on the stomach and aids digestion. It includes anti-inflammatory Soulshine Spores mushrooms, broccoli stems, fresh turmeric, ginger and kombu which provides an umami flavor and has important minerals like iodine, iron, and calcium. The broth is slowly simmered for hours, extracting all the vitamins and minerals before it can be consumed by itself, or as a base for soups or other recipes. 

Ingredients :
- 1 organic yellow onion, quartered 
- 1 bunch organic celery, cut into chunks
- 2 large organic carrots, cut into chunks, skin on 
- 1 organic leek, cut into chunks 
- 4 small unpeeled red potatoes, quartered 
- 1 organic sweet potato, quartered 
- 1 bulb organic garlic, cut in half, skin on 
- 1/2 bunch organic parsley, stalks and all 
- 1 tbsp sea salt 
- 2 tsp black pepper corns 
- 5 tsp Soulshine Spores medicinal mushroom blend of your choice
- 1 piece fresh turmeric 
- 1 piece fresh ginger 
- 1 broccoli stalk
- 2 strips organic kombu (kelp) 
- 7.5 liters filtered water 

Throw all the ingredients in a large pot and simmer for at least 3 hours, the longer you simmer, the more flavor and nutrients you extract. Then sift and store in glass jars in your fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 6 months, ready to boost your health whenever you need it.
