I’m a big fan of this one, I used to buy the rise and shine one but tried this one and love it for winter and using in my everyday hot chocolates. I like knowing I’m getting a little bit of every mushroom and the benefits connected…and it kind of smells and tastes like a natural chocolate
Love this in my morning coffee. Literally this packet lasts for ages, I’ve had it for amount two months and use daily. I’ve noticed I have so much more energy and feel more switched on. Would recommend to anyone who struggles with that icky sluggish feeling, I mean you obviously need to combine it with other good habits (ie exercise and healthy food) but this helps improve your health and helps to give you more energy to achieve more things in life. 10/10!!
Unfortunately I’ve recently had Covid and my energy just hasn’t been the same since. I tried this am rise and shine mushroom powder just with hot water for about 3 weeks straight and have actually noticed the difference. So when I was asked to write this review I happily agreed because it actually has increased my energy and mood, I’m starting to feel myself again. Thanks!!
Have just reordered. Our house loves using this in smoothies but also in baking - honestly trust me when I say it works so well in melted chocolate- choccy, coconut oil & Shrooms. We use a lot on top of slices, but bark and bliss balls, just to elevate our healthy treats. It’s just like a dark cocoa, smells a bit like mushrooms (not bad) but really tastes like an earthy cocoa/chocolate powder. We’ll see how fast we get through this one lol
Have used for about 3 weeks and love the rich chocolate flavour, goes so well in a sugar free hot chocolate at night or my morning cacao. Also use in baking in raw slices and bliss balls. Love love love this.

Love this product so much, it is so easy to have daily in my coffee, great value too as lasts around 1.5-2 months each time. I have definitely noticed an improvement in sleep and concentration.
I find this combo of mushrooms best, I use the rise and shine daily in the mornings and have really found its impacted my health - I feel alive again. surprised at the positive impact mushrooms have had, I think this combo of mushrooms definitely works if you want to increase energy and just feel better in general.
This is a great organic product. I love using in smoothies and feel better from the inside out. Would re buy and would like to see this in a bigger pack - would be helpful if it was 200 gram +.
But in saying that, the 100 gram pack still lasts me around 2 months. Happy with this organic product and how its good for vegans. No more fish or animal biotin needed for my gut hair or skin.

I would buy this today. Was rather skeptical to try but a friend recommended to try mushroom powders rather constantly drinking coffee all day long. I have used for about 3 weeks now and got asked to write a review, which I can honestly say, I am happy with how my mushroom journey is going so far. They don't taste disgusting, it kind of doesn't have a taste that I notice, and I haven't had any coffee headaches yet from cutting down to 1-2 cups per day and adding in mushrooms into one. Not sure if its meant to replace, but I add in. Overall, I am happy with results and yes I would buy again.
I’ve used the rise and shine powder in the morning for about 4 months and can absolutely vouch that it does work for mental clarity - my brain has disappeared and I feel more present and focused at work. I do 10-12 hours a day so I really need to maintain stamina, energy and clarity throughout this period and this mushroom powder has truly worked for me, as previously I was drinking around 5 cups of coffee which was creating all sorts of health issues. Glad i stumbled across this product and recommend to anyone else struggling with coffee addiction and long work days.
I like how its ALL of the mushies under one hood, so I think its good value for money. It actually smells like chocolate too, I use in smoothies & hot chocolates most days. Easy to use and seems to last for ages if you use 1/2 teaspoon.
This is a great collagen alternative as I am a vegan. I had pretty bad hair loss after my second baby and started taking this probably about 6 months ago and have really noticed the difference in hair growth & health, as well as my stomach & gut health. Feeling really good from this!
