I love the Super Seven Blend! I think this is my 3rd packet. After about 2 weeks you will notice the difference - I feel more energetic and have better gut health and barely a 3pm slump anymore. Highly recommend! (and PS this actually doesn't really have a taste, I add into coffee and really can't taste it - it smells like Cocoa).

Brought this at a shop in chch, as saw it had one some awards for brain health, so decided why not, and I’m actually feeling good at about 1month of use. Looking at buying my second pack. One suggestion would be tablets, as I don’t really like powders and have to stir it in! Minor detail but would be cool to see the rise and shine as a tablet so it’s easier to use.

I was initially skeptical about mushroom-based supplements, which I found a bit strange, but a friend from the USA kept insisting I should try them. In the end, following David Bowie's song, I decided to "Turn and face the strange," and wow! The supplement I am taking (Rise & Shine) has been a great addition to my morning coffee —I feel I am more focused and it's even uplifting.

I chose "Soulshine Spores" because their website is appealing and shows genuine care. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived perfectly.

As well as taking the mushrooms as a supplement, and enjoying the results, I’ve been experimenting with using it in cooking. So far I’ve tried adding it to pizza and pasta to boost the fresh mushrooms and it’s great this way too!

Can definitely feel the boost of energy in the morning and love how easy it is to blend in with cooking.

I got my mushrooms for Xmas and it’s been amazing. I feel great, eating less sugar and getting less tired in the afternoon. Plus my nails and hair are looking awesome and growing fast! Love it.

Love this new blend by Soulshine Spores. Have been using the other two blends but this one is my favourite. Great skin results, feeling energized and balanced all day. Supports my busy schedule with exercises, entertaining a two-year-old and working self-employed.

I’m a big fan of this one, I used to buy the rise and shine one but tried this one and love it for winter and using in my everyday hot chocolates. I like knowing I’m getting a little bit of every mushroom and the benefits connected…and it kind of smells and tastes like a natural chocolate

Love this in my morning coffee. Literally this packet lasts for ages, I’ve had it for amount two months and use daily. I’ve noticed I have so much more energy and feel more switched on. Would recommend to anyone who struggles with that icky sluggish feeling, I mean you obviously need to combine it with other good habits (ie exercise and healthy food) but this helps improve your health and helps to give you more energy to achieve more things in life. 10/10!!

Unfortunately I’ve recently had Covid and my energy just hasn’t been the same since. I tried this am rise and shine mushroom powder just with hot water for about 3 weeks straight and have actually noticed the difference. So when I was asked to write this review I happily agreed because it actually has increased my energy and mood, I’m starting to feel myself again. Thanks!!

Have just reordered. Our house loves using this in smoothies but also in baking - honestly trust me when I say it works so well in melted chocolate- choccy, coconut oil & Shrooms. We use a lot on top of slices, but bark and bliss balls, just to elevate our healthy treats. It’s just like a dark cocoa, smells a bit like mushrooms (not bad) but really tastes like an earthy cocoa/chocolate powder. We’ll see how fast we get through this one lol

Have used for about 3 weeks and love the rich chocolate flavour, goes so well in a sugar free hot chocolate at night or my morning cacao. Also use in baking in raw slices and bliss balls. Love love love this.
